Our world-class frames are covered under our comprehensive lifetime warranty, and our premium, optical-grade lenses are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects and remain scratch-resistant for a period of one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase. Live Eyewear, at our discretion, will replace or repair any frames and/or lens(es) damaged or found defective under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.

Please include your full name, phone number, address, and a brief description of the manufacturer’s defect you are experiencing with your Live Eyewear product. Warranty claims are typically processed within 3 business days.
